Looking For a Beautiful Russian Bride?

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

By Graeme Jarry The Internet has changed dating and relationships for ever. Long distance romance is now simpler and cheaper than ever and is available to anyone. Everyday thousands of people are chatting to somebody overseas, via online dating sites, or msn or skype. Dating is now a global affair. If you cant find that special person in your local dating market, you can always explore new global markets, where you have a much broader choice. Finding a younger beautiful Russian bride has become very common these days. The demographics of a particular country may provide an exciting opportunity for you to meet a partner of better quality than is available for you at home. Men to women ratio differ dramatically in Russia. The lowest men to women ratios are in Eastern Europe, with countries like Russia and Ukraine having only 88 males to 100 females. So the situation is there are not enough eligible bachelors and so they are more precious than gold. Recent Russian census provided astounding figures of 10 million more women than men. Is it any wonder these modern Russian women look internationally overseas and seek love and romance elsewhere. Russian women are educated, beautiful and loving. They happily marry men around 10 years older than them. You must know before you start looking for a Russian bride, how and where to start, what Russian women want, how to choose the right woman, how to write a letter of introduction, how to win her heart through correspondence, how to make the first personal meeting, how to start a sexual relationship the right way, how to propose to your Russian bride to be. How To Have A Healthy Water Pond For Your Fish And Vegetation?

Tuesday, October 30th, 2007

By Pat Lorrain To have a healthy pond you must have pH balance water, to get this balance after the pond is filled you must proceed like this: Analyse the water. The first time you fill your pond, the water might contain chemical pollutants and minerals that are toxic for the fishes and the plants. Those chemical substances are the chlorine, the chloramines, the ammonia and many more found in the tap water. The chlorine found in tap water dissipates generally after a few days. But for other chemicals like a combination of chlorine and ammonia, take much more time to decompose. Before introducing plants or fish in the pond, you must analyse the water. After the pond is fill, wait at least one week before testing the water. You can detect almost every toxic substance in the water when testing the pH, the ammonia, the chlorines and the hardness of the water. The pH is the measure of the acidity or the alkalinity. The scale goes from 0 (very acid) from 14 (very alkaline), 7 is neutral and it means that the water is pure. A healthy water has a pH that range between 6.5 and 8.5. You can buy the test kit in pet store, where you bought your pond or online. The indication included in the kit will tell you witch water conditioner to use to correct the situation. Rectify the water parameter A variety of water treatment is offered to balance the water pH and eliminate the toxic substances from your pond. But you should not use them unless the test tells you to.Some fish and plant retailer suggest that you put a conditioner in the pond before you introduce the fishes or the plants in the pond, just for precaution. However, if the test marks that the water is correct, it doesnt need conditioner. If you decide to go with the conditioner anyway, follow the instruction on the label. How To Avoid 5 Critical Business Card Mistakes, And Have A Card That Means Business!

Monday, October 29th, 2007

By Ryan Pilling We’ve all seen our share of business cards. Nearly every day you encounter a new one. Some look fantastic. Others… well… they reflect poorly upon the business and person that they belong to. That right there is what we’re looking to avoid. The ugly, the horrible, the big negatives. Sidestepping these five major pitfalls will set you on the path to having a good business card. 1. The Technicolor Dreamcard When it comes time to print a business card, you’ll find there’s very little reason not to make use of a full-color printing process. That means every color of the rainbow can be captured on your business card. But, please, oh please, don’t be tempted. A good design uses a limited color palette (or color scheme) most commonly focusing on just two colors. It’s not unusual to use a third accent color. However, any more than that and you’re approaching the danger zone. Avoid having your card looking like a fruit-cocktail explosion by focusing on a few key colors. Suit them to your business. Choosing warm, low-key colors creates a “sense of home” for a real estate company, while bright, energetic colors better suit an adventure travel agency. “Full color printing” is not an invitation to get your money’s worth! 2. The Ransom Note When your computer comes with hundreds of wild and crazy fonts, it can be tempting to have some wild and crazy fun when writing up your business card. It ends up looking like a ransom note, with a different font for each word. Similar to limiting your colors, you should use restraint when choosing fonts, or typefaces, for your card. Follow the basic rule of using one font for key elements, like headlines or your name, and another font for the detailed information. If you do use more than one font, it’s usually best to use two that share similar properties. Serif is a term that refers to the small lines at the end of some letters. The most common serif font is Time New Roman. Compare THIS with THAT and you’ll see the extra little bits. Moving on… a good rule of thumb is to stick with either serif fonts, or sans-serif fonts for one design. Try not to mix and match. Keep things simple. The more simple it is, the less chance for ugly mistakes! 3. Tear Along The Dotted Line Since the internet came along, it’s tough to be in the printing business. Prices have plummeted thanks to increased competition. I can get business cards delivered from Taiwan cheaper than I can get them down the block. (That’s a fact… I’ve done it! ) There is no excuse not to have your business cards professionally printed. Yet, there are still some people out there who fire up the inkjet and whip up a batch of homebrew cards on that perforated cardstock. (I’ve settled upon “Perfs” as an unflattering name for these offenders) The end result is best summed up as amateurish. The printing is faded and, after a dozen pages, starts to streak. The edges are fuzzy from being torn, and the paper is thin and flimsy. If you can’t invest fifty bucks in having cards printed up, then you likely don’t have any reason to get business cards in the first place. The professional result will be thick, glossy, beautiful, and appropriately portray you as a serious business. Don’t skimp out when it’s oh so affordable. 4. Mystery Meat A well designed card presents it’s information gracefully. However, no amount of design can make up for missing information. A common mistake on business cards is to completely overlook the fact that other people don’t know what you do for a living. Sure, you will tell them when you hand it over, but that’s no help when they discover your business card the week after the party. Your card should succinctly convey what it is you can do for your customer. A business card is no place to be shy, or subtle. Spell out the answer to “What can you do for me?” and your card will actually get results. Avoid catchy slogans that don’t actually say anything important. Instead, write something that summarizes your business in a meaningful way. Key distinction… meaningful to other people… not just to you! The nicest design in the world won’t keep your business card from the trash if it’s meaningless. 5. All I’m Askin’… Here we are, at that critical step that transcends both the design of your card, and the information written upon it. You must treat your card with respect. The Japanese culture has this one nailed, as they treat a business card as if it was an extension of the person itself. Now, you can’t expect other people to respect your business card, but you darn well better! Don’t toss somebody a business card that’s been rolling around your wallet for months, with broken corners and a slight pressed-in curve. Treat your business card with the seriousness and respect that you think your business deserves, and you will see it returned to you. Carry your business cards in an executive style card case. Hand it to your prospect as if it was a freshly minted thousand dollar bill. It’s up to you to demand respect, and presented your well designed business card in a thoughtful manner will put the icing on the cake. Avoiding these five crucial mistakes will get you off on the right foot, and let your business card do what it’s supposed to do… get you business! The Best Weight Loss Exercise: Interval Training

Sunday, October 28th, 2007

By David McCormick If you have read my article called Exercise: Essential, then you can skip down to the next section, called How to do Interval Training. Read on if you need a reminder of the basic principles of exercise for weight loss. Skip to the bottom to find a link to the whole article on Exercise. Aerobic exercise is fat burning exercise. As you do some activity using large muscles (legs, especially) that raises your heart rate but still allows you to breathe normally, your body will burn fat with the oxygen you’re breathing. However, your body will only burn blood-sugar at first, because it’s easily available. So, to get to the fat-burning stage, you have to exercise for at least 20 minutes, preferably 30 minutes or more. Walking and bicycling at a gentle pace are examples of aerobic activities. Read more in my article on Aerobics. Anaerobic exercises are high-intensity exercises that get your muscles working hard, and you will have trouble breathing. The word “anaerobic” means “without air”, meaning that you will be breathing fast, but still not getting enough oxygen to properly fuel your muscles. This leads to muscle strengthening, but it also means that you’re burning blood-sugar only, not fat, and you end up with lactic acid that will make your muscles feel like they’re burning. Weight training and sprinting are anaerobic activities. You can keep doing aerobic exercise longer than anaerobic exercise, and you’ll burn about equal amounts of calories overall doing either. Aerobic exercise burns those calories from fat during the exercise. Anaerobic exercise only burns blood-sugar, but burns a lot of fat later (the rest of the day) to replace the energy. Is it possible to combine the two, so that you can burn fat while exercising, and keep burning the rest of the day? Yes, with Interval Training. How to do Interval Training The “intervals” in Interval Training are alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with low-intensity rest periods. This allows a person to keep exercising for at least 30 minutes to kick in the effects of aerobic activity, but it is also intense enough to strengthen the heart and provide the long-term fat burning of high-intensity exercise. The idea is simple, but ingenious, and amazingly effective. You can do interval training using a time-measure or a distance-measure. If you prefer to run indoors in a gym’s track, then there is probably a clock to watch while running, so time would be more convenient to keep track. If you prefer to train outdoors, it may be inconvenient to look at your watch every few seconds, so going by distance will probably be easier. If you use time, you should run as fast as you can for one full minute, then walk for two minutes. After that, run again for one more minute and rest by walking for two minutes. Keep repeating this three-minute cycle until 30 minutes have elapsed overall. If you prefer to chart distance, you will want to run about a half-mile, then walk for one-quarter mile, and keep alternating that. Benefits of Interval Training World-class athletes already know that Interval Training is the best way to improve almost every aspect of running performance. The fist effect is that high-intensity leg exercise, like running, will make your legs stronger. That means more muscle mass, and each gram of new muscle will burn that much more fat every minute of every day. The second effect of high-intensity training is what people call “cardio”. That’s short for cardio-vascular training, meaning that your heart as a muscle will grow stronger. This will prevent many forms of heart disease, as well as improving circulation, which has benefits for many aspects of life. The most important benefit of Interval Training is that it is the single best way to improve your VO2-Max. That is the volume (V) of oxygen (O2) that you take with your deepest breath (max). VO2-max is the best measure of fitness and endurance. Increasing your VO2-max with interval training will give you greater endurance for everything you do, and the higher your VO2-max, the less you will feel that heat or pressure on your lungs when you exercise. Believe me, after interval training for a week, you will know without a fancy test that your VO2-max is improving, and soon you’ll feel the improvement with every training session. It’s a great feeling. Improving Intervals Drink a little water during every rest period. If you forget your water bottle one day, you will definately notice that you cannot run as fast or as long. The difference is really remarkable. Using the time method is better than distance to keep yourself honest, because as you get faster, your half-mile will turn out to take less and less time. So, to keep improving your performance, and keep losing weight, you should either get a stopwatch, or else keep making your running intervals farther and farther (to make sure they still last a whole minute). As your VO2-max increases, you may be tempted to make your workouts last longer overall, or to make the high-intensity periods last longer. You should do neither of these things. Your goal should be to keep intervals of 1-minute of running separated by 2-minutes of walking, and keep increasing the intensity of each running interval. If you make every interval a sprint for one full minute, and keep that up for 40 minutes, you are already a superhero. Longer workouts risk breakdown of tissues and a high burden on your kidneys and other organs. And if you make each interval longer, you may not be pushing your speed the most you can, which is where the benefits are. At the other end of the scale, if you’re just starting interval training, go easy. Too many men start off too fast and burn themselves out within 10 minutes. That will not benefit you. Warm up with a fast walk or a gentle jog for 10 minutes or so. Then, try your first interval. It should be for one full minute, but just try for a pace a little faster than a jog. Then walk for two minutes. For your next interval, just try to maintain that fast jog pace for another full minute. Then walk again for two minutes. Don’t sit down or stop if you can avoid it, keep walking to recover. On your third interval, try just a little faster. If you can’t make it for the full minute, you have just found out where your zone is. The key isn’t to try to sprint right away and only be able to go for 20 seconds. You have to do the full minute at a constant pace, as fast as you can sustain for one whole minute. I guarantee that it will be pretty slow your first time. But try it again the next day, and you will be better. By the end of two weeks, you’ll be amazed how much more fit you’ve become. I promise. If you don’t think you’re up for Interval Training yet, read my article on Exercise which you can find on the Mr. Weightless Site. I Hate Needles! Acutouch Is The Solution

Saturday, October 27th, 2007

By Eric Cho Afraid of needles? Never mind. Acutouch therapy allows you to enjoy the thrills of acupuncture without the discomfort of being pricked. Based on the principle of applying pressure to key acupuncture points, Acutouch therapy is similar to acupuncture minus the needles. This non-invasive therapy is a revolutionary approach and when used in conjunction with other therapies, has shown remarkable results. Acu-therapy focuses on balancing the bodys energy by gently tapping the finger tips upon key locations in the body. The underlying philosophy of all holistic healing procedures is that there is a natural life force that flows through all the organs in the body. When the flow of this force is thwarted or blocked, an external symptom appears. A disease is then diagnosed. When this flow is restored, the disease gets healed. Acutouch originated from the ancient healing techniques practiced in East India, Japan, Tibet and of course China and is deeply influenced by the principles of Buddhism. It is believed that every cell in your body is TOTALLY aware of how you think and feel. This bio-energy or life force penetrates deep into every organ and on the skin it flows through the capillary network. Acutouch seeks to restore the flow of this life force by removing any blockage. This is done by working on the pressure points in the capillary network. As with any holistic healing procedure, Acutouch also incites the body to heal itself and tries to garner the natural energy of the body to promote health. Acutouch uses the power of the fingertips to stimulate the flow of life force through the energy channels in the body. The practitioner has a high quantum of energy within him. By touching the patient, the practitioner passes on his own energy to the patient. Healing takes place in this way. Luckily for patients, Acutouch is very successful in treating pain. Acutouch can be used in conjunction with Acupuncture and anesthesia to reduce acute post-surgical pain. Moreover, Acutouch is used to treat a wide number of conditions, like: - Sinusitis - Carpal Tunnel Syndrome - Nausea - Lower Back Pain - Osteo-artritis - Migraine - Asthma - Strokes Acutouch therapy is not a quick fix therapy. Depending on the nature and severity of the disease, the time taken for healing varies. As with any kind of holistic healing, whether it is Ayurveda, Allopathy, Naturopathy or Homeopathy, it is important to realize that healing is done by NATURE and not by the physician. Acutouch empowers home users to take charge of their own healing process. Since it is completely natural, it is free of any side effects and is one hundred percent safe, though the user may suffer some initial discomfort at the start of the therapy. This is just a healing crisis where sometime things have to get worse before they can get better. Acutouch and acupuncture are almost similar except for the technique. Since Acutouch is non-invasive, the patients acceptance of this therapy is better. The results are the same and sometimes even better than traditional acupuncture. This is a highly recommended mode of treatment for children as well as adults. Patients must remember to maintain the treatment to ensure total and complete recovery. Acutouch works on all kinds of ailments, especially those that result from the normal and natural wear and tear of your body system. Some dis-eases may need more time, while others get treated quicker. But a fix is always there. Laser Hair Removal - Does It Help?

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

By Mark Gardner Since the 1990s laser hair removal as given people an effective answer to problems with unseemly hair. Its popularity since first being introduced to the general public as continued to grow as people look for a more permanent solution to unsightly hair. This article looks to give you some of the facts behind this modern day treatment. During treatment, the laser emits a beam of warm light that passes safely through the skin and targets the unwanted hair follicles. This beam of light has enough energy to destroy the cells at the root of the unwanted hair follicles. The treatment is most effective when new hairs are starting their growth cycle. Thus, because our hair grows in cycles, several treatments may be necessary to eradicate the problem. Generally, there is but a little discomfort when undergoing the treatment. Some patients have described feeling a slight tingling or snapping sensation. However, if you have any concerns, the technician can apply an anesthetic to the area to be treated. After your treatment, there may be a little swelling and your skin will look red, very similar to sunburn. Your session will normally last around 10-60 minutes depending on the size of the area to be treated. Obviously a larger area, like your back, will take much longer than a smaller area, like your lip. You will also find that it takes several treatments to the area being treated, as the laser can only target the growing hair follicles at any one time. Usually you can expect around three such sessions. The majority of people undergoing laser hair removal, are in the main, very satisfied with its effects. So much so, that many of them return for treatments in other areas also. It may not be the cheapest option, but undoubtedly, its one of the most effective. The costs vary from clinic to clinic and of course, the size of the area being treated will have a large effect on the fees you will be charged. But the average session would normally be around $400-$500. Mark Gardner is a known authority on Laser hair Removal. Marketing Fundamentals- E-mail and Your Business Image

Thursday, October 25th, 2007

By Rick Sheldon The invention of the Internet has changed the way in which we conduct business. We dont always have to meet face to face or attend meetings or have lunch. We dont even have to have the phone conversations that we had ten to fifteen years ago. Questions can be answered over email. Answers can be found by looking up a companys web site. Our dealings are different these days. However, whether you communicate solely online or just part of the time, your image is still being promoted. Attention needs to be focused on the way that your email and web site represent you and your company. First of all, consider composing documents in a word processing program like Word or WordPerfect and then attaching them as files to the email message. Even the best writers have trouble editing their own work, and having the option of using spell check can save your credibility. You dont want your first communication with a client to be peppered with typos and misspellings. Always proofread your emails. It can also be to your images benefit to create a template in your word processing program for a letterhead. You can create a standard form for a business letter that includes your graphics and logo. You can also tentatively set up the format for the address, date, greeting, and body to make things simple for yourself. Each employee should be informed of and instructed to always use the letterhead. This way, anytime communication is sent out of your office, it is done so consistently and with care and quality. The same is true for a customized signature. When setting up an email for a business account, take advantage of the signature customization feature. The email service provider will allow you to create your own closing and add the options of logo or graphics or a quotation. Here, you should add in your contact information or position held in the company. This information adds to your credibility. It helps customers relate to you. And, it adds a way of signing off in a uniform fashion each and every time. When we conduct business in actual, physical situations, we pay attention to our mannerisms, our intonation when speaking, and our word choices. The same should be true for online communication. Conversations can be difficult to interpret. We can only rely on the words on the screen. Be as direct, to the point, and concise as you possibly can in your emails without coming across as brusque or abrupt. The vagueness of wordiness or confusing language can cause difficulty in the interpersonal relationship on the computer. Also consider the name of your email address. It should represent and support your image as well as possible. This little piece of information is being handed to the general public as a way of referring to you and contacting you. If your image is elegant, professional, and no-nonsense, your address should correspond. It would not be wise for an executive at a 5 star hotel to encourage people to contact him at shannanagins777@hotmail.com. This would seem adolescent and silly. Many leading businesses invest in paid email accounts. This is because many consider free email accounts to be less than desirable for image purposes. There are countless out there that are free, and many of them are used by students and casual corresponders. Some free email accounts are obviously better than others for various reasons. Some are easily flagged as spam in others mailboxes. Many times, email users who receive something from a free account are likely to delete it before ever opening it. Some of these providers are prone to technical difficulties and virus issues. It may seem like a waste of money to add another expense to obtain a paid account, but there are advantages. They can be linked to ones own business domain name. An individual with a yahoo account may be just as qualified to perform services or offer valuable products as another competitor; however, anybody can have a free email account. Setting up an account that includes your domain name is a step up and shows distinction. For example, if you were searching for a publishing company to promote a new book that you had written, who would you be inclined to contact and hope to hear back from smithpublishing@hotmail.com or johnsmith@smithpublishing.com. See the difference? These pieces of advice can help your image. They may seem to be asking you to do one more thing in your busy day, but in the long run these points can help you to take your business in the direction you have been hoping to. 10 Steps To A New Arena For Your Business - Part 3

Tuesday, October 23rd, 2007

By CJ Gaul Today, pick up on this Small Business Owner Marketing tip and begin applying it to your marketing materials to see an increase in sales, ultimately maximizing your profits and gross numbers. These 10 steps to Small Business Owner Marketing are guaranteed to make your profits rocket through the roof! They may sound easy but how many do you apply on a daily routine? Keep at it and pick up these Small Business Owner Marketing tips for your new level of business right now. #4 Word Perception Great marketing for big business is a matter of perception. Many businesses try to tell the customer more of what they offer then what the results of the product will deliver. In other words, what is the customer going to get out of purchasing your product. An easier life, a better tan, more profits, or whatever your product delivers. This perception of Small Business Owner Marketing is all in the wording. When you are brainstorming for your CCP (Customer Catch Phrase) or your headlines for any advertisements, you have to think about the perception of your words. How is the customer going to perceive your statements. Do they hold them liable or you? You want to turn the liability onto you. After all, you are the one selling the product. If I am selling a radio that has more options then the competition, then dont just list your specs of your product and what it offers, tell the customer what they are getting above the competition. i.e. Higher quality sound then any of the competition according to blah blah blah standards and at a 10% savings! If you see a sign that says The new radio from Wadio Wack, comes with high quality sound and great price you will see that any radio can offer high quality sound and a great price even if its from Stall Cart. You can take the pressure off of the customer and become more relational as a company who truly wants to see their client succeed or have an easier life. If you try to do things only to better yourself, your perception to your clients will be wrong. Look at this: A sign in a store that says Absolutely No Refunds After 30 Days. Most people would agree with that statement, and you have to have limitations to protect yourself but you can also rephrase this comment so it takes the responsibility off of the client and puts good news out there. Lets say something like We Will Be Happy To Refund Your Full Purchase Price Within 30 Days . Do you see a difference? It brings life to the perception or a brighter side to the customer. What you have to do is know you have a rock solid product that performs and go all out and stick your foot in the door and tell everyone about it. Not a CCP but foundational messages to give your customer confidence when they are coming to you. You see phrases all the time that work. Lowest prices in town or we will refund your money plus 10%!Guaranteed and proven to bring you more profits to your business Change the way you speak, think, and do, a little at a time and watch the little changes bring big returns. The best is yet to come for you and your business. Until next time. Who Should You Believe About Fat Loss and Why

Sunday, October 21st, 2007

By Chaney Weiner Not a day goes by that we dont hear about yet another fat loss product. We are bombarded on a daily basis by infomercials, commercials, billboards, and even so called and self proclaimed fitness experts all claiming that they have THE PLAN of what you should be doing in order to lose fat. It has practically reached a point where we dont even pay attention anymore. For every weight loss product and promise that fails there are hundreds more waiting in the wings. Kind, loving, people and an unaware public who put their trust in these products and the people who make these promises are deceived over and over again. The weight loss industry is a multi billion dollar industry and still approximately 2/3 of the population is either overweight or obese. The obvious question that comes to mind is, How can the average person who wants to lose fat and do so safely know who they can trust? It isnt as hard as it may seem. Here are some things to look for and questions to consider: -If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. -Does the product or service include some tools that will help you develop unstoppable motivation? Remember, fat loss is the effect, the mental/mind aspect is the cause. Just about every fat loss product out there only addresses the effect (fat loss) whereas it is the cause (ones thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and habits) that will determine success in a fat loss program. -Just because someone claims to be an expert or that they have been in the field for a number of years does not mean that they know what they are doing. -Anything labeled as a diet or that involves a diet should automatically be eliminate as a fat loss option for you. One does not need to diet in order to lose fat. The main thing to look for when it comes to fat loss is, does the product or service give you the tools to develop unstoppable motivation. Just about every fat loss product or service out there will say you need to have will power and persistence in order to succeed. This is the main reason why over 95% of the weight loss and fat loss products and services fail. Having will power and persistence only DOES NOT WORK!! What does work is reprogramming of your subconscious mind. Having a clear and detailed vision, writing down positive affirmations and reading them on a regular basis, and focusing on how you want your body to look versus how you dont want your body to look is a good start. The more we get bombarded on a daily basis with how to lose fat the more we need to be aware of who is telling the truth and who isnt. Although it may seem overwhelming at first, knowing what to look for eliminates any doubt and puts you on the path to that body you always dreamed of.
